XPeng L03 Launched in Pakistan: Price, 1,100 km Range and Specs
XPeng launches the L03 in Pakistan: REEV at Rs. 11.5 million, fully electric BEV at Rs. 12.2 million.

Chinese electric car brand XPeng has officially launched the L03 in Pakistan. The car was launched on Monday, October 12, 2026, in two versions. The L03 REEV, which carries a small petrol engine to charge its battery, costs Rs. 11.5 million. The fully electric L03 BEV Long Range costs Rs. 12.2 million.
The car is being sold in Pakistan by the local company Tesla Industries, which also brought XPeng's G6 SUV and X9 people carrier here earlier this year. Deliveries are expected to start around November, but the company's own schedule shows this date could move by a few months.
XPeng L03 Price in Pakistan
Variant | Type | Ex-Factory Price |
|---|---|---|
XPeng L03 REEV | Electric with petrol generator | Rs. 11,500,000 |
XPeng L03 BEV Long Range | Fully electric | Rs. 12,200,000 |
These are ex-factory prices. Buyers will pay more on the road once freight, registration and other charges are added. Reports say the booking amount is Rs. 4.28 million for both versions.
Prices have gone up since bookings first opened in early July 2026. At that time, the REEV had an introductory price of Rs. 10.7 million and the BEV Long Range was Rs. 11.7 million. The company had said then that these early prices would rise after the booking stage. The REEV is now Rs. 800,000 more expensive, while the BEV Long Range has gone up by Rs. 500,000.
The July price list also showed four versions, including a cheaper Standard BEV at Rs. 9.99 million and a top LR Ultra at Rs. 12.7 million. Only two versions were announced at the launch. It is not yet clear if the other two will come later.
How the REEV Works and How Far It Goes
REEV stands for range-extended electric vehicle. In this type of car, the wheels are always turned by the electric motor. The L03 REEV also has a 1,499cc petrol engine, but this engine never drives the wheels. It only works as a generator, making electricity when the battery runs low. In a normal hybrid or plug-in hybrid, the petrol engine can also turn the wheels.
The L03 REEV has a 37.2 kWh battery. According to the company's Pakistan brochure, it can travel about 240 km on electricity alone and up to 1,100 km in total with a full battery and a full 42-litre fuel tank, based on the WLTP test. Real range on Pakistani roads will be lower with high speed, heavy traffic or the AC running hard in summer.
The BEV Long Range has a bigger 69 kWh battery and a claimed range of 525 km on one charge. It has no petrol engine, so it depends fully on charging. Both versions use one electric motor at the rear wheels, making 183 kW, or about 245 horsepower, and 280 Nm of torque. The BEV reaches 100 km/h in 6.6 seconds and the REEV in 6.8 seconds.
Fast Charging Is the Big Selling Point
Charging speed is where the L03 REEV stands out. It can take DC fast charging at up to 123 kW. The company says it can charge from 30 to 80 percent in 10.5 minutes, and from 10 to 80 percent in 15 minutes. At home, it charges at up to 6.6 kW.
This is much quicker than the Deepal S05 REEV, which became Pakistan's first REEV when Changan launched it in November 2025 at Rs. 9.999 million. The Deepal's DC charging is limited to 54.5 kW, and it needs about 20 minutes to go from 30 to 80 percent. The XPeng also has a larger battery than the Deepal's 27.3 kWh pack.
The BEV Long Range charges even faster, at up to 236 kW, going from 10 to 80 percent in about 20 minutes. Both versions can also supply 6 kW of power to run electric appliances outside the car. Still, fast charging only helps when a fast charger is nearby, and public DC chargers remain limited in Pakistan, especially outside big cities. This is the main reason REEVs are attracting buyers here, as the petrol generator removes the fear of running out of charge on a long trip.
Design, Features and Safety
The L03 has a sporty, coupe-style SUV shape with a sloping roof. It is 4,650 mm long, 1,920 mm wide and 1,600 mm tall, with a 2,850 mm wheelbase and 165 mm ground clearance. It rides on 18-inch wheels. Outside, it gets frameless doors, slim Starship-style headlights, a full-width light bar at the back, privacy glass on the rear windows and an active grille shutter that opens and closes to manage airflow.
Inside, there is a 15.6-inch central screen, an 8.8-inch driver display and a large head-up display that shows information on the windscreen. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included. The front seats are heated, cooled and have a massage function, and there is a 50W wireless phone charger and dual-zone climate control with an air purifier. The boot holds 539 litres, and the BEV gets an extra 102-litre space under the front bonnet. A 20-speaker sound system is offered as an option, not as standard.
For safety, the L03 comes with seven airbags, a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping help and blind-spot warning. These systems assist the driver, but the driver must stay alert and in control. XPeng gives a 5-year or 120,000 km warranty on the car, and an 8-year or 160,000 km warranty on the battery and motor, whichever comes first.
What It Means for Pakistani Buyers
The L03 is the third XPeng model in Pakistan. Tesla Industries launched the XPeng G6 electric SUV and the X9 MPV in January 2026, with the G6 starting at Rs. 14.5 million. This makes the L03 the cheapest way to buy an XPeng in the country.
Against its closest rival, the L03 REEV costs about Rs. 1.5 million more than the Deepal S05 REEV's launch price. In return, it offers a bigger battery, longer electric range, more power and much faster charging. Buyers may also compare it with plug-in hybrids such as the MG HS Super Hybrid and the Haval H6 PHEV.
The REEV is aimed at people who want to drive on electricity every day but still worry about finding chargers on long journeys. The BEV suits buyers who mostly drive in the city and can charge at home. The real test will come when deliveries begin and owners see how the car handles Pakistani heat, roads and after-sales service.
